The region\u2019s MSP ecosystem is quickly developing, yet characterized by fragmented regulatory frameworks, uneven market maturity, limited funding, and dependence on external actors to finance and convene stakeholders. Despite this, MSPs are demonstrating measurable impact, particularly in bridging gaps between siloed sectoral or regional priorities and broader action.
