Gustavo Loiola

Gustavo Fructuozo Loiola is a professor, speaker and specialist in Sustainability and ESG, with more than 10 years of experience in education, consulting and project leadership focused on organizational transformation. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Operations Management and Sustainability at EAESP/FGV (Brazil), with academic stays at Columbia University (USA) and Audencia Business School (France). He holds a master's degree in Sustainability and Corporate Governance from ISAE/FGV and has complementary studies in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of California (USA), Project Management from George Washington University (USA) and Impact Investing from ESSEC Business School (France), in addition to immersions in Smart Cities and Impact Business in France and Colombia.
She was Manager of Leadership Education at the United Nations Global Compact, leading the PRME Champions Group, a program that connects advanced business schools in the integration of sustainability practices. In this role, she designed metrics, indicators and evaluation criteria to monitor the performance of signatory institutions in relation to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
Throughout his career, he has also supported the implementation of ESG programs in companies such as EBANX, participated in international expansion and innovation initiatives at ISAE/FGV, and worked in communication and marketing in organizations such as Correios, Aliança Empreendedora and Ashoka. He is currently a guest professor at renowned institutions such as FGV, ISAE and PUC PR, where he teaches topics related to innovation, leadership and sustainability.
Its purpose is to inspire and empower leaders and organizations to generate positive change in the world through responsible management and strategic alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
