International Relations professional from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a master's student in Biodiversity Conservation and Use at the same educational institution. Experience in project management, initiatives, and public-private partnerships around the Sustainable Development Goals, social responsibility, and responsible business conduct. Interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills for the successful development of projects and programs aimed at addressing social, environmental, and/or ecological needs. Passionate about projects developed around biodiversity, female empowerment, sustainable development, international cooperation, and Human Rights. Interested in generating social impact, mitigating climate change, promoting ecosystem conservation, and making ancestral wisdom visible in the territories.
Camila worked for over 3 years at Deloitte, holding various roles such as WorldImpact Manager for Latin America, Sustainability and Climate Change Consultant, and Senior Consultant in these same areas. In these roles, she had the opportunity to serve as the PMO for COP16 for Deloitte globally and participate in multiple projects across sectors like energy, tourism, finance, and insurance, with the goal of developing nature strategies, identifying climate change-related risks, measuring carbon footprints, among others. In her career, she has had the opportunity to work at the National Business Association of Colombia (ANDI) as Coordinator of the Executive Vice Presidency, at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce as a junior professional in sustainability and shared value, and at Quántica Education (a social entrepreneurship school) as Director of Projects and Impact.
