Olivia Vadillo Serra Rojas holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

With more than 15 years of international experience in foreign investment and international trade, she has represented Mexico in various countries, having lived in five of them and led various assignment areas.

In these positions, Olivia faced the challenge of learning about diverse sectors, local legislation, negotiations, and cultures, meeting the qualitative and quantitative goals of each role. She also established close relationships with key players within the triple helix. These relationships evolved, and thanks to the visibility of her operation in Argentina, she obtained the position of Provincial Director of Investment and Industry Promotion in the government of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Her most recent position was Director of Institutional and Government Relations for Raw Materials and Fuels. He has worked in the public and private sectors, as well as in non-governmental organizations.
