Shanti has a diverse and solid track record in the impact investing, financial technology, ecosystem development and climate change sectors. She has worked in Venture Capital funds, driving startups in LATAM; in banks where she led the innovation department leading Fintech/Open Banking and Wealthtech alliances, as well as in consulting and impact investment networks. She is passionate about artificial intelligence, climate and personal development.
She is a member of several leadership and investment networks: Advisor to Mujeres Invirtiendo, Diversity VC Fellow, Makers Fellowship, Mujeres en Tech, Mexico Tech Week and Nexus Network. Shantidevi Galván holds a degree in International Business from Tec de Monterrey, a certification in Entrepreneurship from UC Berkeley and an MBA InCompany from IPADE. She has lived and worked in Mexico, Germany, Switzerland, China and the United States, which has allowed her to cultivate a multicultural and systemic vision. In his spare time he likes to get involved in the art scene, yoga and hiking.
