The alignment of corporate impact agendas allows companies to accelerate their transformation, which involves integrating business with impact strategies. Companies are increasingly seeking strategic approaches to determine their investments for comprehensive impact across ESG, impact investment (including corporate venturing), and philanthropic actions. Hence, there’s no doubt that corporate impact actors play a pivotal role in the philanthropy and impact ecosystem.
However, there are still significant gaps to strengthen corporate strategies and go beyond traditional paths to maximize the impact they can create. Thus, at Latimpacto, through our Corporate Impact Initiative, responding to the needs of regional stakeholders and drawing from the successful experiences of our sister networks in Europe – EVPA – and Asia – AVPN – on this path, we are promoting effective ways to drive social impact by strategically leveraging corporate resources.
In our Corporate Impact Peer-to-Peer Program, we take a comprehensive view of the Continuum of Capital, beyond philanthropic exercises and standards. Our aim is to strengthen impact strategies that align coherently and comprehensively with corporate purpose to deploy resources more efficiently. The program’s objective is to support corporate leaders and their Corporate Impact Vehicles – foundations, funds, accelerators, sustainability departments, CSR, and innovation – in fortifying their impact strategies according to their respective business models and market peculiarities, understanding local contexts and diverse market needs. This is facilitated through:
- Peer Learning: Exchange of insights, best practices, and actionable routes among peers.
- Networking and Visibility: Connect with a group of corporate peers and impact vehicle executives.
- Knowledge: Design and construct your unique path with guidance and access to the most innovative knowledge materials and practices.
- Comprehensive Perspective: Bridge gaps and understand the potential for alignment between corporate entities and corporate impact vehicles to amplify value delivered to stakeholders.
Our knowledge methodologies and connections address stages through practical conversations and workshops, with speakers offering a comprehensive, international outlook, with a focus on Latin America.
The program represents a learning, networking, and visibility cycle for our corporate members and organizations aiming to join Latimpacto. It’s just the beginning of a continuous knowledge journey that we’ve been preparing for a long time at Latimpacto, influenced by our regional perspective and the experience of our sister networks in Europe – EVPA – and Asia – AVPN.
