She is an internationalist graduated from Universidad del Rosario with a major in journalism and public opinion. She has a master's degree in consumer experience management (CEM) and from the Online Business School - OBS and the University of Barcelona. She has 5 years of experience in the design of innovative solutions to attract, retain and retain customers.

She has formulated co-financing projects in public calls for proposals through Design Thinking methodologies and has carried out innovation consultancies in products, services and processes. Paula is Colombian and lives in Barranquilla. She speaks Spanish, English and is taking Portuguese classes! Paula likes swimming in the sea, watching old romance novels and not missing the latest series about power struggles and politics.

She always wakes up intentionally grateful for all the good things she has in her life. She is organized and likes to have things under control, so she is committed to meet the goals she sets for herself every day.

Together with his family, he runs a foundation that serves vulnerable populations on the Colombian Caribbean coast. Through it, they offer knowledge and income generation opportunities to the local community.
