On July 6th, we had the privilege of participating in the Zero Hunger Demo Day, an event organized by our member, WFP. During this meeting, we were able to meet 10 innovative and disruptive projects from six countries in the region. These projects shared their solutions focused on achieving a #HambreCero region, positively impacting the lives of more than 85,000 people in the last six months.
In addition, we were honored to be part of a panel together with Innpactia and SVX, where we addressed the importance of impact investing in the mission to eradicate hunger in Latin America. During the discussion, we also explored the various opportunities to develop entrepreneurial ecosystems in different regions, fostering and facilitating the expansion of local solutions.
It was an enriching experience to be able to share ideas, knowledge and visions with other actors committed to the fight against hunger in our region. We are motivated and committed to continue collaborating and working together to create a more just and prosperous future for all.
